Dr. Lalinde trained with the Four Winds Society and is a graduate of their Healing the Light Body Program. This program is grounded in the principals found in energy medicine and ancient shamanic energy practices. Energy medicine is under the the umbrella of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). It is one of the five CAM domains as defined by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM). Energy medicine believes in the existence of a universal life-force energy - a force that flows through all living things, lives within us and is what connects us with a higher source.
One could answer with almost anything and everything. Bringing healing to the soul and cleansing and repairing one’s energy field has wide reaching effects. However, here is a basic list:
After a short discussion about what it is you would like to work on, Dr. Lalinde goes on shamanic journey and receives spirit guidance about the source of the issue - at the energetic level. She then proceeds - under spirit guidance - to restore your energy field. This healing process always includes an illumination - balancing of the chakras - and often a soul retrieval and reMapping, described below.
The Illumination Process is the practice of balancing the chakras by clearing toxic energy and energetic imprints from one’s luminous energy field. Energetic imprints result from emotional woundings and continue to drive emotions, behaviors and choices. If not released, these heavy energies accumulate and can manifest as disease. The Illumination process is approximately 1.5 hours and includes guidance on how to integrate the healing.
Soul Retrieval is the process of recovering a part of the self that appeared lost as a result of trauma. The loss generally occurs in early childhood when we are unable to fight or flee. At the time of the trauma, an aspect of the self leaves to find safety. During a soul retrieval this innocent part is brought back with emotional, psychological and physical resources which were lost at the time of the original wounding. These resources make it possible to change self-defeating patterns and support personal well-being. A Soul Retrieval is often part of the Illumination Process.
ReMapping is the process that facilitates an awareness of the early trauma and related misunderstandings about self - revealed during the soul retrieval process. The individual is then guided through a process that releases the old map/misunderstanding with a new map. This process helps to ensure the ‘old energy’ does not reappear or repeat in one’s life and sets firm direction for a positive future. ReMapping is part of a Soul Retrieval session.
Dr. Lalinde shares clinic space at Gables Optimal Health and schedules her sessions at this location. However, if this location is not convenient, through the power of intention, the guidance of spirit, and energy pathways, Dr. Lalinde is able to merge with your energy field from any place.
