N.T. Hope’s Path of Joyful Living Program is designed to help staff experience life from a place of greater joy, peace, wholeness and health. This is achieved through a thought-provoking workshop, individual energy body clearings and transformational coaching sessions, and mini-workshop learning enhancements. During this program, participants learn about the importance of hope, faith, nurturance and their reawakened Authentic Self. As participants incorporate their new knowledge into their lightened energy field, they increase their capacity to engage more consciously and creatively in relationships, life, and work.
The Path of Joyful Living Program recognizes the challenges individuals experience when trying to create change in their lives. Often, individuals experience fear, resistance, and uncertainty about the benefits of any change and how that change will affect their lives. Real change necessitates a supportive environment over an extended time to achieve success.
To address these challenges, the Path of Joyful Living Program extends over 12-weeks and ends with a Joyful Living Vision Map process. The curriculum's components, topics, goals and objectives, facilitators and cost are described below.
The beliefs and constructs embedded in the curriculum have been shown to increase balance and harmony and reduce stress and conflict. They support the overall belief that the power to direct one's life and heal oneself 'lies witin'. Individuals learn to view their actions and decisions without judgement, empowering them to release old wounds and perceptions that are holding them back from experiencing their joyful self.
Measurable Outcome: 85% of the participants will report that they have increased self awareness of their ability to make more conscious and empowered choices and this will be reflected in an one-page reflective narrative at the end of the program.
